The Pan had some kind of coating and did not have the typical finish that you would see in a Iron Pan.

The media could not be loaded. This pan was on my bucket list since long. The benefits are that there is no chemical coating on it yet it is quite non stick if used properly. A bit of iron gets into our food naturally making the dishes healthier. The food cooks evenly with a uniform distribution of heat which reduces the cooking time a bit. You can switch off the gas when the dish is 85-90% done as the latent heat takes care of rest of the cooking.To prevent the pan from rusting, dry it after washing and spray a little oil and wipe it.I have cooked many veggies in it,even fried eggs.

Only rusting problem otherwise Good

Size is smaller than information provided by supplier, I raise issue quality related but no body came for pickup product and return cancelled by supplier. One of worst product ,I suggest never buy any product through Amazon,as no rule followed by Amazon management,returned cancelled without any proper reason
