Excellent External SSD
Worked flawlessly with my Windows 11 laptop with nvme SSD. Fairly fast transfer rates.With my 16 year old Windows 10 laptop transfer rates were slow. Had problems drag and dropping multiple files at once. Had to copy and paste instead. Transfer rates for music/mp3 files were about 20mb/s.Worked great with my Windows 11 laptop. Would buy again.

Very fast for small writes, but slows down for larger writes.
For the price, this drive is pretty good. There is one caveat though. This drive performs as advertised for about the first 4-8GB of data written to the disk. After that, transfer speeds slow to around 80-90MB/s. I believe this is due to having a very fast cache, but much slower NAND chips. The drive does flush the cache pretty quickly though and after waiting 30-40 seconds the write speed will be fast again.I was curious what was in the case, so I opened it. Turns out it is a SATA SSD connected to a USB adapter. Just for fun, I tested this directly connected to a SATA 6Gb/s port and the results were the same as USB.I noticed a couple of reviewers saw very slow speed. I also experienced this problem when using the included A adapter. Switching to another cable fixed this problem for me.

Fast and easy set up could be a pain on phones
I did not think this device would work because it did not have directions but when I figured out how to set up my I-phone 15 with this device I could not believe ho fast I was able to download all 5 thousand pics and videos I had on my phone it was really surprising how quick this process was. Worth every penny and I will get a second one here soon for the rest of the family

Very Fast Transfer Speeds and So Tiny - Excellent Product
Incredibly small - perhaps too small - careful not to lose it. The transfer rate is very fast making this an excellent device for quick downloads, uploads, and transporting. I comes with truly massive storage, with myself purchasing a 2TB. That is all I personally care to put on one drive. I am perfectly satisfied with the unit and glad I made the purchase.
