I’ve gone through a lot of different waste bags for my self-cleaning litter box, and these are definitely my favorite so far. Very large bags that work so well in all 5 different brands of my automatic litter boxes. These dont tear and hold waste and smell well. Great amount for the price. Thick and dont feel like cheap bags. They are strong and make cleaning the boxes easy!

The first issue is that it started cleaning and deodorizing randomly numerous times throughout the day when it was neither used by the cat nor scheduled in the app. The first time I changed the bad the tab that holds the plastic hoop in place over the bag broke on the left side. The second bag change the front hinge on the bag door popped and stopped closing properly and the other tab broke off. It does not do a good job cleaning the litter, at all. I tried multiple different scoopable liters which are recommended by the manufacturer and ran into the same issue with each. When the cat urinates the urine travels into the litter which clumps as it soaks downward as well as outward. Frequently the size of the clump of litter is too large to fit inside the cleaning chute. Opening and cleaning the drum is a mess. In fact the entire thing is a mess, one of the large clumps of litter was thrown out of the opening onto the mat in front of the box when it didn't fit into the chute. The drum is fairly loud when it rotates and rotates extremely slowly. I can understand the drum rotating slowly from a safety perspective but this thing is SLOWWWWWWW and very squeaky. It also shut itself off at some point last night leaving litter clumped into it that had to be cleaned out by hand. Requesting a refund and purchasing a different smart litterbox.

The media could not be loaded. I was a bit skeptical at first about getting this type of litter box. It looks like a mini space shuttle and may seem enclosing for the cats which I have a grown cat and 4 kittens but that was not a problem in the slightest. Right away my kittens ran up to it and were very curious and wanting to see what was going on. As you can see in the video they even played in which I actually didn’t want them doing. Afterwards, they really knew what was going on and started doing their business in it. It doesn’t smell. It’s mainly hands free up until changing the actual bag. It’s not even loud on top of that as well. Very clean and no messes. Anyone can use it since it’s so easy. The app helps out tons as well. It also doesn’t take up much space. Makes it feel very comfortable for us and for the cats. I’d highly recommend this product.

This really is a good system, works well, keeps the smell down, and good design. I would have done 5 stars had the notifications that the bag needs to be changed was more apparent on the app and it was a bit easier to clean. This is also not easy to clean, i have no idea what i would do to improve it. A hand held vacuum definitely helps get the litter out of the bottom of the area between the drum and base.

Fits perfectly

I am very satisfied with this product. The belly of this product provides enough space for my 20 pound tuxedo cat and his two sister's yet it doesn’t take up very much space it’s compact on the outside and very quiet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a robot cat litter box and if you have multiple cats, this is perfect.The bags are easy to replace, and the unit does not smell. I am very, very satisfied and look forward to many years with this unit in my home.
