Great product, handles feel nice and sturdy good quality

I love the way this handle looks on the door.What I don't like about it is that it has no written directions (not that you really need them). There was a QR code you could use to see directions, but I didn't need that.another thing I don't like about this is that the bar that goes through the door and connects to the handle on both sides of the door is an independent piece, and it requires that you insert the included springs into each handle to make it work. Somehow one of the springs fell out and I didn't realize it. I installed the door handle, tested it, it worked, then I went to the store. I came home, still no issues. My wife gets home from work, still no issues. I then go pick up my granddaughter from school, come home, and I can't open the front door from the outside. I had to go through the garage in order to get in the house. I took off the inside handle, and that was when I noticed that the spring had fallen out during installation and was laying next to the front door mat. Easy fix, thankfully the spring was easy to find. I've installed quite a few door handles over the years, and I never had one that the bar was not attached to one of the door handles.

I bought another one, now I am planning to replace all exterior doors with Aqara door handles. That should tell you how much I love this handle. Heavy duty and seems to handle direct sunlight.

Horrible quality we got locked out had to uninstall it bcuz the latch wouldn’t go back handles just went up and down and no movement do not purchase now I see why it’s $38 dollars stay away buy a reliable one

The handle is modern and solid. I bought this to match my newly purchased Aqara U100. Quality Control must improved as my item was missing a lock internally which holds the handle together. The handle broke in two days which is a huge concern given the price point. I found a similar handle from Kwikset which is $15 less than this item and it also includes Microban protection.

This is perfect

I bought two of these for two different doors. Over the course of one month for the first one and three months for the second one, both of them broke apart at the exact same place on the inside handle. Both times it took me over an hour to be using multiple tools to put it back together. And of course it will happen again if it. I couldn't be more clear on how I would not recommend this door knob. It looks good when you first get it, but after a month or so (likely when it's no longer returnable), you'll have to buy a new one or figure out how to fix it if you're capable.
