Nearly perfect!
Arguably the most attractive and sleek looking of all the folding locks it’s certainly not one of the cheapest but I knew the price (obviously) before I ordered it so I have not marked it down for price. I went for this one for its good looks, high security and promise of rattle free riding. Well two out of three it seems, I have a stealthy looking matt black bike and this lock in black is in the same vein and matches well. Under certain conditions it does rattle though, not a lot but enough that I can hear it but on my bike I have hub gears and a belt drive so sometimes this little rattle is all that I can hear and for this reason I have to mark it down one star. I guess I will have to try padding out the holder or similar to eradicate the rattles, if it had genuinely been rattle free it would have received 5 stars. That said I would not necessarily want anyone with derailleur gears or chain drive to be put off by my review, I doubt they would hear any rattling above the noise of their gears/chain/freewheel ticking.

very heavy but 100% protection
very very heavy but this will deter anyone from making off with your beloved machine, soild metal and I mean solid 8mm steel coated so it should not scratch anything , hefty lock with 3 keys , make sure you register this with the unique number code , a great lock holder that (for me) sits where the bottle holder would be and really grips the thing tightly when not in use and there is no rattle when riding on rough ground and it will not pop out , with so many bikes going AWOL lately this is a small price for a great lock system

Strong Bike Lock with a smart folding mechanism.
Excellent bike lock which is easy to store. The rivets are well constructed and strong and is more manageable than a D lock. This lock is worth the investment for any expensive bike.

This lock is good security for a bike. It is well made and sturdy. It is quite heavy and I think is a good deterrent. I would recommend this lock.

More adaptable than a U lock
Easy to use and more flexibility than a U lock. Stores nicely and didn’t rattle in its holder.A little heavy but so am I 😄

Locks great but a little piece missing.
Very happy with the lock but it arrived with a 2.5 cm long black rubber frame spacer protector missing, little thing to moan about really.
