After 1 month on Keto, my stomach was upset most of the time, I wasn't sleeping well and I was always, always a real grouch. Reading how Keto can cause "keto flu" and that wonky electrolytes can be part of the problem, I decided to try an electrolyte replacement supplement. Have been using Keto Shield for a month and most of my "keto flu" symptoms are gone. (Okay...still a grouch, but that's another conversation). Would definitely recommend Keto Shield for anyone dealing with these issues while trying to stay on a Keto diet.

I like these keto electrolytes a lot. I’ve been using them for some time and I feel a difference! No more keto flu! I tend to do a lot of research before I buy, especially supplements. I liked these electrolytes because they have better quality ingredients that means the body absorbs more of it! I REALLY LOVE that they have trace minerals! Wow, it’s an extra little bonus to make sure I have everything covered.When I take these, I just feel better – more energy, better focus and no more muscle cramps. Thank you! And, I do sleep better which is probably because of the magnesium.

Edit: Frank reached out and replaced the product. All of the capsules were intact in the new bottle. He has followed up several times to make sure I am satisfied. Excellent customer service; they want their customers happy. I notice a significant difference (more energy, no cramping, less fatigue) when I take the capsules vs when I don’t. Will purchase again.Disappointed in this product. About 1/3 of the capsules were cracked/broken open, making them unusable (see photo). I plan to go back to a different electrolyte supplement that I’ve purchased in the past.

I cut my carbs down to 20g a day and was really feeling the keto flu. Literally had to take off 2 days of work. Right away I did some research and found this product and ordered it ASAP. After taking it I did start to feel relief, not instantly, but after a few days. I’m unsure if it cut down my keto flu symptoms a couple days less or not or if I just got over the hump. Regardless, I continue to take this for a piece of mind knowing I’m getting my electrolytes. Knowing this, I know everyone’s body is different but I definitely recommend this supplement when you’re going through ketosis.

I'm a runner, and new-ish to keto. I've always struggled with electrolytes and being chronically dehydrated. I found this right as I started keto, and never go the dreaded keto flu, i'm assuming these electrolytes are the reason. I ran a 10 mile race (in august, so hot) using just these and the water at the water stops and felt great! I try not to consume sugar anymore (so no gatorade), can't tolerate artificial sweeteners, and those drinks don't have good electrolytes anyways, this is much easier and I can just drink water. I highly recommend this to anyone that's doing keto, and especially anyone who works out/runs/sweats a lot.

I purchased this product to help with the leg cramps I am having during the night while sleeping. I have been following a Keto lifestyle now for four months and have recently started to experience mild to severe leg cramps. I have read these cramps could be from not enough sodium, potassium and magnesium in my diet and decided to try this supplement. I have been using this supplement 3 x a day for about three weeks and my leg cramps have lessened some but have not completely gone away. I realize the cramping can be caused by other reasons also. The reason for three stars is that I would prefer a calcium citrate in the supplement over a calcium carbonate.

I love this product, I used to wake up with horrible leg cramps that would last for several minutes. As soon as I would begin to wake up and even moved a little bit I could feel the cram coming. It was to the point I’d be scared of waking up. So I gave these a try, I wish I would of bought them before they are amazing. I haven’t had a leg cramp since I stared taking them. The other benifits are just a plus. I recommend 100% I will be purchasing regularly.

I am thankful for this product. The keto flu is quite painful. If you take this supplement and still experience symptoms you may need to increase the dosage as I did. On the bottle it suggest one dose, but it says it can be taken up to 4 times per day. I'm guessing depending on how deep in ketosis you are relates to your dosage. I will always buy this.
