RiedelGin Set Classic

I love Reidel glasses and was thrilled to find these. I would not think of using them for a gin and tonic as dropping an ice cube in a glass would surely crack it. I bought these specifically for drinking wine, as they are the same shape as an Oregon Pinot glass!The only reason I gave 4 stars for easy to hold is that I have small hands, and these are quite wide - but perfect for drinking Pinot! 4 stars for sturdiness because they are NOT sturdy ... they are crystal! Same for durability ... hand wash only, the NEXT DAY. I have a firm rule about never washing wine glasses the night-of for obvious reasons.Highly recommend these glasses in spite of the TLC required!

Happy with them. They do feel thin but no different to a wine glass. Haven’t used them yet as they are a gift for Christmas

These glasses are way too thin to hold a drink with ice. Because it is quite large you have to grip it well. The glass broke in my hand. WHAT A WASTE OF A GOOD G & T!!! Very disappointed.

Awesome for G&T’s.Exactly how I would have designed them. Nice bulb to enjoy the nose of the gin and tonic. The bulb also does a great job of preventing ice cubes from sliding into your mouth or lips.It’s a shame that few people of enjoyed a G&T in glassware that highlights the nose of the gin.

These are beautiful but very delicate or flimsy? Received for Christmas and upon stirring my gin and tonic the side was hit by the spoon and it exploded! A total waste of my gin!
