This is a very high quality Finger pulse oximeter. It has the usual feature you would expect: It takes your pulse measures your blood oxygen level. But that's where the comparison ends between a basic unit and this advanced one. This one has 2 additional features that are very useful in the medical setting.1. Plethysmograph (which indicates the amount of blood flow detected) 2. Heart Rate Monitor (pulse rate ). The display is easy to read and you can change which direction the display orients for easier reading. It comes with 2 AAA batteries installed, which should give you 40 or more hours of use.

I have COPD, am on supplement O2 and need to keep an eye on my oxygen saturation level. I have kept at least two pulse ox of these around for a while now and when one recently died I replaced it with this latest and greatest version. It locks on to your vitals and starts displaying results so quickly you'll think it's a pricey institutional version. I occasionally buy one of these as a replacement or as an extra convenience, and every time they're better than the time before. If you've got an older device and are tired of waiting for it to respond, considering buying a newer device.

I had initially buy this as gift then liked it so much I kept it for myself! extremely similar to the units my doctor uses it work great & is very easy to use.Batteries in, put it on your finger and press the start button. In a few second you will get the oxygen level and pulse rate, take it off your finger and you're done. It has an auto shut off after 30 second to save the batteries. It has a little travel case it fits into and a lanyard which really helps getting it out of the travel case because it is a tight fit. If you're keeping up with your health I think this would be a great addition to your home or for travel. And now they're in the kingdom of inexpensive compared to a few years back when they first came out

This is a great pulse oximeter! It's a much better quality oximeter than I have seen before . It is very simple to use and measure your heart rate and blood oxygen level and amount of blood flow. It gives fast and accurate measurements and the LED screen is easy to read and see and you can change the display . It gets readings in seconds .It's just the regular finger clip. It is a simple one button operation . It includes a lanyard. It takes two AAA batteries to operate and they are to be very accurate and precise . The clip stays securely on your finger, It does not slip off or move around . I would definitely recommend this pulse oximeter over other ones.

I got this for our parents who is a heart problem in a lung patient who does not get enough oxygen. It's a checks not only his oxygen levels it also checks for heart rate and let you know her heartbeat what speed buy a little up and down light up thing. This is been a great help to his for monitoring how low and how high the oxygen level are with all her activities. Great buy for him. It comes with a lanyard so she can wear it around your neck and take it wherever she goes. She is well pleased with it and it is simple for a 70 year old lady to understand.

A worth buying product in this price tag.... very durable and reliable product for long run.
