If you want to feel clean and refreshed after a menstrual cycle, I recommend using. Note you must wear a panty liner because it does discharge the product which is completely normal. I only use this once every 3 months and it doesn't throws off your Ph level.

It have the vagina smell so ..the only I have tried that actually does what it advertise to do…I have the vh essential suppository and the boric life suppository they worked for a little bit but did not give the result which was urine with no odor.. this one did just that you insert it when you calm and relaxed and with clean hands…. This is a cheap good affordable staple for feminine health including the consumption of chlorophyll..I have have not consumed chlorophyll but I heard very good things about it :)Good tips is wash your bum and your body with ph balance soaps and and don’t insert product inside of your vagina. ..
