Spicer 5-811X U-Joint Kit 7290 Series (ISR)

Doesn’t fit my application even though the all mighty amazon said it wouldMaybe my fault for not verifying but like my girlfriend , I’ll never admit it and blame someone else ... in this case , I blame amazon

Didn't fit my 1994 Dodge Ram 2500 (rear drive shaft near axle), but Amazon said it would, and I think it might on a limited amount of trucks. What I needed was Spicer's 5-1410X, which Amazon says doesn't fit the same vehicle. Kind of a pain. If you're driving a second gen Dodge Ram be sure to check what's really under there before ordering. I waited too long to put it on and by the time I realized I had the wrong u-joint, I couldn't return it.

Fit my 1999 Dodge RAM 2500 V-10 4x4 5-speed (front axle u-joint). Caps come off for installation.The only problem is, Amazon sent me a u-joint without the clips (missing from the box), have to wait for a replacement.
