I got this for my wife as she has a “frozen shoulder” and was told by her physio not to stoop. She wasn’t keen but I made her give it a go. She cannot stop raving about this support! She did it a bit too tight at first but soon corrected the tension. Wore it to work the second day and felt great. She says that it’s retraining her posture and muscle memory. This posture corrective is quite good, I can do all my daily exercises with a good posture without risking to get bad habits.I would recommend it to other people having always the shoulder in a wrong position

Very Flimsy, trying to put it on on your own is a nightmare, all it does is cut into your arms. Don't waste your money.
