Great Product!
This is an awesome product. I bought one at Christmas for my in-laws and they love it! I then bought another one for my mother. I recommend this to anyone who wants to preserve a memory of their little one saying something cute.

Works but poor quality
The recording worked well but the quality is very cheap. I felt like I was holding a paper box, not a frame.

This item was defective
I ordered this item twice bc the first one was defective a month before I needed it. I turned around and sent it back for replacement and received another defective one as well. It never would record the message and was done by directions which were very simple.

Can be better
The sound is not clear. I bought two one for my sister, no matter how close or far we held it, it was still not clear. Also not enough speaking time we were not satisfied with this product.

It was a great idea for helping my 10 year old deal with the loss of her grand father wish it would be a little older because I recorded a voice mail. But it has helped her so much thank you.

DIDN'T WORK
PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AND RECEIVED AS STATED HOWEVER IT DIDN'T WORK. AS IT TURNED OUT THE FOUR BATTERIES WERE DEAD AND IN THE END COSTED ANOTHER $13 TO BUY THE BATTERIES. OTHERWISE IT NOW WORKS OKAY.

not great quality
The picture frame in general is very cheaply made. also their is a tab that you need to not pull or the voice recording is set forever and their is instructions on a loose paper that looks like a waste flyer. not cool.
