Great product and easy to use.
I ordered 2 tubs of this. In stone. Nice colour. It covered nearly all of my front garden paving. But I wish I'd ordered 3 tubs.I will be ordering it again, as I need more for the back garden. It went down very well soaked the paving. Brushed it in. Levelled it off with a round pice of wood and kept lightly cleaning paving as I went with the hose pipe.I will have to clean it more when it's dried.Literally just finished, so I need to let it dry.Nb My biggest complaint though is how it arrived! The cardboard box was all out of shape and damaged. One tub that I lifted out was totally smashed around the bottom, dropping both bags to the floor! Driver had left already.Luckily, the plastic edges didn't damage the packets.I thought the other tub was fine, but when I lifted it out, the bottom was smashed on that one too, but luckily the packets didn't fall out as I was careful putting it down.Quite cheesed off at the state it turned up.I'm presuming this all happened after it left the supplier.I'm hoping the next ones don't arrive in damaged packaging and tubs. It's not on really is it?But, great product.

Seems good, although very expensive.
Used it about a month ago, and so far it looks good .Easy to use and has cured to a good solid consistency. As always, only time will tell if it’s worth the extra cost compared to traditional mortars.

Great product ,quite expensive, easy to use and good to work with
The media could not be loaded. Preparation and consolidation are key when working with this product, ensure joints are thoroughly cleaned out and at least 20mm deep, minimum joint width 5mm.I then spray the joints with white vinegar to kill any moss debris. Wet the patio down first. I find the best and most efficient way to apply the mix is to cut the bag and use a round nosed trowel to scoop out and scape into the joints level and then iron the joints with a brick jointer. Repeat this process until joints are flush and have been ironed 2 - 3 times each. The scrape finish with the trowel is fine to leave overnight then brush the patio clean when dry in the morning to reveal what should be a great result.

Seems expensive but a quality result in the end.
Fast service via Amazon. Delivered within 2 days. Great product- quite easy to apply, a bit messy, although i swept up often, I was still walking sand into the house for a couple of days. I had a little left over, and did what others had done by submerging the surplus with water. 3 days later i spotted a few bits i had missed, so used the sand in the water, just scooping it out and pushing it in with my fingers. It worked a treat, my patio slabs look better than they have for 40 years. Amazon came up with the best price, so i recommend it definitely.

A couple of places have not set
It's easy to apply, and most of it has set hard, but I notice a couple of places where, after a month in place, it is soft and not staying in place. So I am not altogether happy with it. I won't know for sure how good it is until a winter has passed. I was told by a pro that the more expensive products contain more resin, so presumably better, but it becomes rather expensive if you have a big area to do. However, it is fast to apply and does not stain the slabs (provide you wet them first).

Excellent product, really easy to use, and sets well!
Can’t fault this joint filler, it’s excellent. Once you have prepared the joints in your patio it’s best to dampen them down with a hose pipe and then apply the joint filler. You will need a soft bristled brush, a bricklayers repointing tool, and something to kneel on. Follow the instructions on the container and you won’t go wrong, and you won’t be disappointed.

Satisfied though aware of its limitations
I have used before many years ago and it deteriorated over about 2 years or so.But lasts longer than just filling in gaps with sand. And relatively quick and easy to apply compared with messy mortar. So on balance, it's the better option.I will probably use it again next time.

Work fast. Longer to set hard than expected. Looks great.
I am middle-aged lady who gardens when needed - mainly mowing the lawn. After pressure cleaning the patio -not cleaned since laid 5 years ago- all the grouting between the paving slabs was blown out.I ordered this product after reading the feedback. It arrived a few days later. The container is not large but it is quite heavy (for a little person to move about).I spent a few hours on Sunday sweeping and then hosing down the patio then carefully filling and packing in this jointing compound in the gaps between the paving stone. The mixture was a dryer and then I expected. I did not think there was a strong smell to it. I was a bit concerned it would not pull together and set, or be enough to cover the patio (21 sq mtr. 40cm x 40cm slabs). On hindsight I could have just poured the mixture along the gaps like the Sika instruction videos on Youtube but I worked in small sections of patio and spooned in the mixture before packing it well into gap with a plastic scraper. I think because of this, I managed to grout the whole patio with one tub but I could have saved a lot of time if I had poured, swept and packed the mixture. I was just not confident I could work fast enough on a big area. You do need to make sure the patio is wetted well before working with the mixture. I kept hosing the sections down as I went along. I was worried excess water would affect the setting of the mixture but it does not. I kept the unused mixture airtight/moist and only took out what I needed on each section. I ended up with mixture to spare. After finishing the job, I could not resist checking every couple of hrs to see if the mixture was hardening up. It got to the point I was convinced I had got a bad tub as the mixture was loose and soft in the gaps for a few days. A day of heavy rain on the Mon probably did not help. I was relieved the mixture did not get washed away. There was a very fine film - like petrol - that came off the mixture in the rain but it did not seem to leave any noticeable residue on the paving slabs. In total it has probably taken a week for the mixture to go hard (weather was average UK spring temperature 10-15 degrees a few days of rain) and now it seems fine and I am pleased with the outcome. If you have not used this stuff before, my advice would be to follow the videos and have patience. It is not cheap but it is easy to use, very little mess and the results look good. Follow the instructions especially the gap size minimum and wet the patio before hand. I think I will get many years without having to worry about scraping weeds off the patio joints.
