Compact, convenient, and high quality.
We have had a heat wave in the Midwest and I love using this while sitting outside and the very humid, hot walk from my car to a house/store. It's a powerful fan for its size... there are times where you have to face the blades in a certain direction to get good air flow.I have two young kids they love it. The fan blades seem to be silicone and when the blades are touched, the fan will stop spinning. It is easy, light enough for them to carry. They like the flashlight on it as well. It is very bright.Battery life seems to be very great! I have not used the portable charging feature it has so that might affect battery life.We got the pink color as well as the black one. Both seem to be the same quality despite the price difference. The only con to this small portable fan, is the lanyard was difficult for me to put on. I have bigger hands and my fingers couldn't get the lanyard through the two holes. I used some tweezers and other tools. Took me some time.

Must Have For SUMMER
– Surprisingly Powerful!I wasn’t expecting to love this little fan as much as I do, but wow—it seriously impressed me! It’s super compact and fits right in my purse, which makes it perfect for days out, theme parks, or even just sitting outside. The fan has three speeds and the strongest one actually cools me down fast (not just a weak breeze like other pocket fans). What really sold me, though, is the fact that it’s not just a fan. It doubles as a power bank and even has a built-in flashlight—how genius is that? I’ve used it to top off my phone when I was out and about and didn’t have my charger. Definitely saved me.Battery life is solid—I got a good few hours of use on one charge. It’s also quiet, which is a huge plus when I’m in a quiet space like a waiting room or on the train.Highly recommend if you want a multi-use gadget that actually works and won’t take up space!

This thing is flipping amazing!!
Works exactly as described.I can’t believe everything it does for such a low price. I bought it for the fan functionality, which it does perfectly (19 HOURS holy cow!). Fabulous airflow. I’m old and fat and sometimes I need airflow, especially during the summer. This exceeded my expectations. The noise level is low. You can hear it but only in a quiet room.At first I couldn’t figure out the flashlight, but I was definitely overthinking it. You just press and hold the power button. Preferably not when you are staring into the bulb. I am still sorta blind from when I did that 10 minutes ago. My kid yelled “It’s a Bat Signal!” That’s how bright it is.I did not even realize that it’s a portable charger for your devices when I purchased it. Bonus! My favorite part about this fan, however, is the effect it has on people when you first whip it out. Particularly husbands. My husband and I were standing about 10 feet apart in a stuffy room this morning. I looked at him and pantomimed excitement as I remembered I had this stashed in my purse. I rummaged around until I found it, pulled it out, and held it up for a moment for him to puzzle over. Then I gleefully opened it and turned it on, while he stared at me like what in the **** is that woman doing now?!After 20 years of marriage it’s the little things that bring me joy.

Perfect personal fan with extra features but a worthless charging cable - 4.5 stars
Bought the JISULIFE Handheld Mini Fan, 3 IN 1 USB Rechargeable Portable Fan [12-19 Working Hours] ... for my friend in Breast Cancer treatment. Post bilateral mastectomy and with the hormone changes, she finds herself in massive need of a personal fan for the worst hot flashes of her life. As if living in Florida heat & humidity wasn't enough a need to have one of these, this little thing is almost perfect. We give it 4.5 of 5 stars. The USB C charging cable is the primary challenge. If the charging cable were not so cheap and actually charged the unit, it would be a 5-star item. Still well worth the purchase and my friend and I strongly recommend it.The unit leverages a "cutsey" bear face to have nubs (as the bear ears) which is the push off point for opening the fan. We didn't notice the subtle bear face on the pink unit until it arrived.***** PROs *****+ DESIGN - Compact and streamline bullet design allows it to not rub to much against her shirt or catch on anything. It comes with a rope style wrist lanyard. We added an additional neck lanyard with a quick release that allows her to carry either by the wrist or neck but not have to swap.+ SAFETY - My friend loves that the two, collapsible fan blades are a stiff rubber rather than a hard plastic. Other units we have seen used plastic. If blades hits your face, it doesn't hurt or leave a mark. That is useful for anyone using with children or in our use case of a Breast Cancer treatment patient and all the fatigue that can come with that.+ FUNCTIONALITY / FEATURES - This compact unit has a USB C charging port, a flashlight tool and a USB A out charging port in the event your phone needed a charge from it. Not too sure this last port is particularly useful in our use case since she won't likely have a charging cable with her that she wouldn't otherwise just plug into a wall. However, it could be useful for someone.+ VALUE - Got this as a PRIME member on a discount price of $14.79 + tax and for the features and build quality my friend loves it.+ QUALITY - It is not too heavy and the plastic feels and appears to be a dense plastic but not too brittle. The hinge swings easily and does not feel feeble. It can be used as a hand held fan or as a free standing fan on a table in front of you. It is a stable unit while running in free standing mode. I was originally concerned that it might vibrate itself to topple over but not at all.+ DURABILITY of CHARGE - It claims 12 to 14 hours use. She has had it a couple days and uses it off and on regularly, She has not used the charging out port or the flashlight other than to test they work yet. But it's been a great little fan for initial charge so far.***** CONs *****- The USB C charging cable is the primary challenge. It was super cheap and flimsy. It did not charge the unit well (might have been a break in the internal cord????). We used a quality USB C charging cable with it and it charged up fast.

Lifesaver on trip to Italy in June
We purchased two of these for a trip to Italy this June, and they were a lifesaver. We had our child with us and these really helped while standing in long lines outside in the heat, or waiting for dinner without AC. In one hotel, the AC was very weak and we set them up on our night stands in the folded position, pointing at us, and they were the only reason we were able to get to sleep. We took a train from Naples to Pompeii and there was no AC, and only occasional air flow, these really helped. Could we have done the trip without them? Yes. Were we grateful to have them? Also yes.
