🎶 Elevate Your Play: The Neck That Rocks!
The Fender Telecaster Neck features a roasted maple construction with a modern C-shaped profile, a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard, and 21 narrow-tall frets. It includes a synthetic bone nut, a gloss urethane finish on the fingerboard and headstock, and a satin finish on the back, along with a modern-style truss rod for easy adjustments.

Extremely worthwhile upgrade for your Tele!
Very impressed with this neck. Arrived quickly, and packaged very, very well. Bravo on that! The neck looks amazing, and has a satin finish on the back that is as smooth as silk. This neck went onto a Player's Series Fender Telecaster, and it dropped right in with a slight push on the heel side. Not super-crazy snug, but certainly not loose either. After re-setting the action and truss rod, the guitar plays perfectly. I didn't have to do a single bit of fret-leveling or polishing, which was very nice indeed. The neck also has a very pleasant smell to it, and very similar to a combination of a box of pencils and new furniture. lol. Dunno, my description may be off a tad there. Sound: there IS something about these roasted necks that creates a different tonal response. It is snarky and very snappy, yet full and round too. I am very impressed with this neck, and if I had other Fender teles in the stable, I would certainly upgrade the neck to another one of these. Try it man, you will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommended x100.

Beautiful neck!
Bought for a re-neck on a blonde offset Tele. It's perfect, but there are two important things to know. First, the fretboard may not overlap the body like the old neck. It fits and bolts in perfectly, but may have one less fret (21 instead of 22). I don't need a 22nd fret so I'm good. Second and most important - Sand the overspray out of the tuner holes before you try to jam new ferrules in the headstock! They should not have a ton of resistance pressing them in. They should be snug, but not tight. In the interest of not splitting a brand new neck, this is important.

Great neck for a totally reasonable price
I was pleasantly surprised by this neck. The feel of the the Pao Ferro is nice to the touch, smooth like maple, but without the sticky gloss coating, and the back of the neck is totally slick. No stickiness at all, your hand just glides across the satin finish. The pin holes for mounting the tuners and the holes for the ferrules were drilled perfectly in the headstock, and so were the pre-drilled holes for the neck pocket. My only complaint, and not a big one, is that I had to polish the fret wire a bit, which only took a few minutes, but will keep it from being 5 stars. That said, I've paid more for necks that weren't nearly nicely as finished. I have built many partscaster guitars, for myself, and others, and this is one of the nicest necks that I've installed.

Not a problem. Looks stunning and feels fantastic!
Not sure how some people are having issues with the frets. I can’t add pictures but the neck I got is full of beautifully finished frets. I was planning to do some work on them but it is not necessary, not even the ends. They are completely finished. The board itself is finished with a perfectly slippery high gloss coating and the back of the neck has a glorious satin finish that almost feels cool to the touch. I was done filing the nut in about ten minutes and will do a final pass after I can stop myself from playing it. The guitar is an older Squier Standard I got very cheap. It was pretty great already but I’ve wanted 22 frets. This neck helps it reach its full potential. There is just so much more there sonically now. Harmonics, sustain, and resonance got the biggest boost and the playability has leaped up as well. I used staggered height tuners to avoid having to drill for a string tree. The neck was darker than I expected but it’s no an issue. It is beautiful and it functions perfectly.

Great neck for a great price
To say this is a beautiful neck is an understatement. The roasted maple has that perfect dark tan look. The fretwork was exceptional. Frets were ready to play out of the box. Fret end were smooth and out of the way. The front has that old school good that demands being played on. The rear has a satin finish that won’t impede your playing. It has truss rod adjustment at the headstock as I prefer. Overall fit and finish were perfect to my eyes. Slim C tapered neck is great for players lacking the finger length or sheer desire to play U shaped baseball bat necks.

Absolutely perfect
I opted for the medium jumbo 22 fret version. I prefer the satin back finish on this neck over the common gloss found on most MIM necks. The fingerboard and head-stock are gloss. The neck is dead straight and the frets are crowned, polished and free of end spurs. As expected, the nut comes with pilot slots. The roasted appearance is lovely, giving it a played-in, aged patina. Buy with confidence.

Maybe mine was a dud?
When I opened the package the fender box had been opened and the plastic wrap around the neck and been opened and partially removed . The finish around the screws was cracked and chipped as if someone had already mounted the neck to their guitar, then sent it back. Maybe I got a used or b stock item on accident? Either way, the finish on the front looked glossy and amazing. The back however looked like smokey and matte in some areas. The majority of the craft-men's attention was definitely spent on the part a spectator could see. I ended up returning it because $300 for a new MIM neck seemed a little much, but for one with all these issues was definitely too much. But as the title says maybe mine was that of a rare quality control error. I still love Fender

Perfect fit on my '68 Telecaster
Fit's my 68 Telecaster body perfectly and plays as good as I remember it when new. String action needed only slight adjustment at the bridge. Couple of things to remember: This neck it uses the more modern (larger collar) tuning machines. The original Fender tuning machines are too small to fit in the prebored holes. The string capture that screws to the top of the neck flat, original Fender issue, is not included on the new neck. (Helps keep the three small strings in the nut and from chiming octaves). Either buy a new one or use your existing one from the old neck. Rock On!

Expensive but worth it.
Genuine Fender neck, very nice colour and wood grain - back side is amazingly smooth and fast - fretboard side is thick gloss finish. Fret ends were good no sprout and neck fit standard telecaster neck pocket perfectly - came double boxed in Fender packaging. neck profile is more of a modern D, thin and feels fast and remarkably close to the neck on my 2022 American Ultra Strat
