A great way to get your calcium and vitamin D
I take these twice a day for my osteoporosis along with vitamin k2. They also have some minerals that are good for bones. I like that you get so much in each pill. They also taste great so o actually like taking it!

Convenient and Doesn’t Taste Bad
They are convenient because you don’t have to get up to get a glass of water to take one. I appreciated this while I was immobilized with a broken ankle. Unfortunately, chewing them is like having chalk in your mouth. The flavors are fairly pleasant. Many nights I would prefer to briefly chew on this chalky substance than get up to get a glass of water.

Disappointed
Beware! This has been my go to for years but they evidently succumbed to pressure about the sugar in it. So now it has xylitol and sucrose, which are worse than sugar! Xylitol gives me stomach distress. While it may be okay for some just know if you have issues going to the bathroom it will make you go!
