Ossuret Android 12 Car Radio for Opel Antara/Astra H/Combo/Vectra C, 8 Core 7Inch QLED Touchscreen GPS Navigation with Carplay Weather Bluetooth DSP SWC (Gray)

I bought this to replace a second failed Extrons unit (in a very low mileage 2009 Vauxhall Tigra convertible). In my opinion, if you have one of these cars then don't bother looking at other radios; this fits, it connects without messing about with cages, surrounding frames and CANBUS adaptors. Extrons and alike maybe cheaper but the CANBUS adaptor, plastic surrounding frame and time put pay to this.So, all is good and the only issue I have is that it came in a 'Grey' colour, I had no idea that Vauxhall Tigras had differently coloured 'painted' interiors... I'm happy to respray any 'Star Silver' in the car to Grey but i would love to be told what paint code the 'Grey' is.

This is a very solid unit. Points to note are the removal keys which work on the original CD30, CD30mp3 do not work as the key holes on this unit are quite small. So until you get the correct removal keys do not push the unit back in the dashboard. Alternatively, first remove the lock cage from the cars dashboard. Otherwise you will be unable to remote the unit from the car until you have the correct keys.The bads first...The sound quailty for Radio is not quite as sensitive with the standard CD30 radio for FM.The CD player eject/accept mechanism is not as good as a cd 30.The manual and user guide is very lacking - if you don't know Android and the pitfalls with Playstore you will struggle. Also beware this is Sndroid OS and can sometimes be un-responsive if a network connectivity is slow or unavailable.The time goes abit crazy (China region) so set up the android location to your area. Until you get the time correct google play store will not allow you to use it. (Store will crash)The goods...Excellent sd card support - tested Sandisk 128GB for music. Tested Sandisk 128GB usb drive and Kindston 16 GB USB on both usb cables.Music quality from SD/USB and CD is good to adequate through the standard Vauxhall speakers. There is an equalizer for your preference.I don't have the camera or DAB+ hardware yet but I don't see why it would'nt work - DAB+ app is pre installed. I have the CAM bus cable fitted which means it knows about the reverse gear selection and the screen goes blank and 'no signal' shows - this is correct for me until I get a camera.Steering wheel controls work correctly.The app called Car computer gives the vauxhal 'BC' board computer option and works well - as the BC button is on the CD30/cd30 MP3 unit itself.As expected there are applications from google play store such as maps which do work - but you will need a tethered wifi connection to make the best of it.The built in iGO sat nav software is also ok - and will work mostly for you when a network connection is unavailable. It's map is obviously abit out of date - not sure how to update yet.Blue tooth audio and phone calls to a Huwaei P30 Lite is solid streaming all audio clearly. Amazon music plays from phone to the unit well.

Easy plug and play, Many features, great quality, have had no problems so far!Many other more expensive ones out there which aren’t as good.

The product is exactly what I expected, it seemed ver good value. when I plugged it in however, after 30 minutes the volume and scan knobs became unresponsive when turned. I now cannot adjust the volumeEDIT: the whole head unit now doesn’t turn on, ver disappointing given the price

Put simply you get what you pay for.No instructions in box so if you haven't fitted stereos before, watch videos or seek assistance.Works well when set up, I bought for android auto features which is supported through an app on the headunit.Works well USB connection (not interested in wireless to be honest) all cables supplied wprk with the steering controls but cannot personalise them.Mic works when on phonecall but doesn't work when voice command is used.Track skip forward (back button on steering wheel) skips 2 songs at a time spotify android auto.Little bugs that are livable for the price of unit.Also cannot find away to stop screen going black when In reverse and no camera fitted, I might fit one at a later date( instructions supplied for that)

Received this item and plugged it in and it didnt even work

Installed and seemed to work fine. Won't clip into dash fully. Keeps moving out slightly.Say compatible with netflix, but play store shows not compatible with you device.Tpms usb module keeps disconnecting showing device error. Have to fully reboot stereo for it to work again. This happen multiple times a day.Running apps arnt persistent. Meaning, when I run Spotify, leave car for 5 mins then come back, you have to run and open Spotify againRadio good quality when it's locked to channel but don't auto adjust when looses signal even though AF itls turned onI like the look of the head unit, it just don't work fully to what I needed.Every morning, it tells me to choose themes even though I've installed my own launcher. And even though I've made car launcher default, it always asks for default when you power stereo after an hourBut main issue is the usb port dripping off randomly.Ordered a different head unit and I'll be returning this one unfortunately.Edit had a different head unit, was worst that this so keeping this now!
