EZ Melts B12 Sublingual Vitamin 2,500 mcg, Methylcobalamin, Sugar-Free, 3-Month Supply

I love these B12. The ingredients aren't bad. I have nerve damage in my thigh, tingling and sharp pricks throughout my body. B12 stops these sensations. I have to take 5000mcg daily or the sensations come back and my thigh will burn. I was taking the Now brand but they started putting Xylitol in their brand which is poisonous to dogs and I have inside dogs so I will no longer buy the Now brand. I searched on Amazon and found these. I have been using them for a couple months. So far they are working just fine. I have tried several other brands but the sensations come back so I know they are a good brand of B12. I only take methylcobalamine because it is natural and the cyanocobalamine is not good and it is synthetic, man made. These taste good and dissolve quickly. I will continue to buy and I do recommend and I thank this company for not putting Xylitol in these!

Let me first say, I don’t like cherry flavored things. Cherry is so gross. So when I saw the flavor of these was cherry, I almost didn’t buy them. However, these are awesome! Easy to take. Melt pretty quick - and the taste isn’t bad at all!

These are great. The dissolving element works as it should and they taste great.

Melts easily and flavor is good. I haven’t noticed much change in my energy, though. But it’s only been about a week so we shall see.

I don't know if my B-12 levels have improved but I wanted to review this now because I truly appreciate that while it dissolves in your mouth, there is no gross chalky taste after the fact. Yes, there is a bit of grainy residue but it's not so bad that it makes me sick.It is a relatively small pill and dissolves quickly. I will update my review if my 30-day bloodwork doesn't show improvement but for now, I recommend because of the things mentioned above.

I actually like the flavor, and the melt-in-your-mouth effect. No complaints. IMO, this is one of the important vitamins that humans with female biology should be taking daily. Get that B12!

I love that this supplement is dissolvable and easy to take. It is sugar free, but has a cherry flavor. There are no side effects. Good quality and necessary supplement for energy and mood.

Dissolves easily under the tongue, just give it like 30 seconds to soften up and you will feel it start to dissolve; pleasant taste. Just started taking them.
