I’ve tried so many products and have always been disappointed in one way or another. However, Hairstory is the real deal. My hair looks healthy without being weighed down and while the cost is a little high it works. So for me, that’s a win.

I absolutely love Hairstory's hair balm. At least my hair always feeling soft but not weighted down. I can literally go 3 to 4 days without washing my hair but still put some of this on my hair every day while I'm styling it and it never builds up. The smell is amazing. I am able to Mold pieces of my hair anyway I like to And easily change up the style day after day

I bought this based on an Instagram hair stylist review. Too heavy for my curls. I am not using this product, perhaps suits thicker hair . I do not recommend for light waves

I absolutely love this product!I have curly hair and this does a pretty good job at keeping my hair good and with no frizz.It's very dense, but I like that.Love it!

I like this product, but I don't think it's worth the price. In short, I have thick long straight hair that dries very frizzy and poofy. This product helps give it a natural wave but does not take care of all the frizz. It does a great job moisturizing without making my hair greasy. I shower everyday and I find the day after i use this product my hair is much more manageable and easy to brush when wet. I find that using 3 pumps gives enough for all of my hair which is quite a bit considering the amount of product they give you.I probably won't buy again because of the high price for only a little product. John Freida Air dry waves does the exact same thing to my hair and is 1/3 of the cost

I've used hairbalm for maybe 2 years now and it's expensive but I love it. One bottle lasts me a while and I have a LOT of hair and definitely use more than the bottle recommends. It helps give my waves some definition, my hair feels softer, and it smells great (to me). I comb it through my hair with my fingers when my hair is damp but not wet and then let it air dry. It provides a bit of hold at first but once my hair gets pretty dry, I can loosen it all up and my hair looks great. Definitely recommend!

I was really excited as I like new wash original. It makes my fine, curly hair frizzy — worse than if I had used no product at all. I have tried the balm multiple times at varying amounts and am just not getting good results. It’s August now, and I’m hoping that if I try in the fall or winter I might get better results. But for me, it hasn’t helped with frizz at all. In any case, paying this much money for a product that I have to try out in so many different ways without results just isn’t worth it.Keeping my fingers crossed that maybe I can come back in the fall when it isn’t so humid and change my review. I really want to believe in New Wash.
