Cheap and effective relief
I was told by the physio that I had tennis elbow and to buy a support strap and do some simple exercises. I was a bit sceptical as I am not one to take a tablet and think seconds later that I am better. I put this little strap on my arm, didn't think about it again and went off to potter in the garden, lifting pots etc. You don't even realise you have it on, it is so comfortable. By the second day of wearing it, I was shocked to feel the pain almost gone, each night I took the band off, you can really feel the difference. It really gives the area in your arm that is sore so much support. I now wear it when I am going to be lifting heavy things or doing things that I know will aggravate the tendons in my arm and honestly it really does work. I highly recommend that if you are in pain with tennis elbow you get one of these quickly because you will notice a difference and it is something you can carry on using and not just stick in a drawer if you suffer with tennis elbow.

Eases pain
Eases pain of tennis elbow. Easy & comfortable to wear. Doesn't reatrict movement like others I've tried. Only downside is I'd like the padded but to be a bit more gel-like as its pretty solid

Ive small arms so have to wrap straps over , but i find these straps great for tennis elbow , hoping it stops the cramps in my forearm , as the elastic straps dont work for me

Great product
When I ordered this product I didn’t think it would work.but boy was I wrong, the support and fit was perfect. Easy to use and this simple support does the job.
