This product is really worth investment as it does its job very well. I do not have bigger UPS in my home so during power cuts this mini UPS saves Wi-Fi router not to go off. So far I had an opportunity to see its battery back up longevity only for 2 hours as power cut lasted only that much. However, I assume, as I'm using tp-link router which needs 9V input, this mini UPS can give minimum upto 3.5 hours. In essence, I really liked this product and highly recommend for others.

The product is good considering others in the market. For 2 years it gave a good back up of upto 3-4 hours but after 2 years now it barely gives 15 minutes backup. Since the warranty is over nothing can be done other than accepting the product has lived it's course. It's same with every product like this so don't really have any complaints 2 years at this price is still a good deal.

It's working good I have purchased last year it's backup around 3hr plus and recently it's not getting backup I connect with customer service team and they check that and find the issue and replace another one , I am very happy to support tems good communication and good work thanks oakter team

I purchased this product 10months before it worked fine after that i noticed the product is not working , backup time has become zero. When i reached the support team after debugging for sometime they agree to replace the product.However i'm still waiting to get the replacement.It is so nice to know that this company is keep having a note of their product sold in database, and debugging it after 10months (in the warrenty period) and giving a replacement.
