SerestoCat Flea Collar With Tick Control, 1 Collar

These are the best flea collars. I used to buy the monthly drops but they just weren't working well and then I came across these collars. They had great reviews and whilst they are more expensive than others there is no comparison. They genuinely work so well. I've been using them for 2 years now and we've been flea free the whole time. They haven't irritated or bothered the cats at all so I can only presume that they're pretty comfortable for them.I know the price is a bit off putting for a flea collar but they have worked out far more cost effective than the drops we were using and they last a full 6-8 months without a flea in site.

Expensive and ugly.............. but....... they actually do the job. I've tried many cheaper and natural alternatives and still had ticks on my dogs. These last all summer and the dogs remain tick and flea free. I wouldn't use anything else.

This is the second collar for our Jach Russell terrier. We have had no problems with the fitting, very easy to put on and adjust.Compared to other methods of flea prevention this is a much cheaper alternative, also lasts for 6-7 months so constant protection, no having to remember to administer dose.Absolutely no fleas, collar is comfortable and discreet. Already wearing second collar and will continue to use this product. Was recommended by our vet.

This flea collar works amazing.About 2 years ago my dog was picking up tics and fleas left right and centre from our regular walks. So I tried this collar out. Ever since we have been using this collar we haven't had any issues. I take it off my dog when he goes for swims in the river but apart from that he always has it on.Flea resistance:Since wearing this collar we have had no sinces of fleas, tics or any bugs.Shampoo quality:When washing your dog I would recommend not using any flea shampoo as it will get your pet an overdose of flea medication.

I can honestly say we were inundated with fleas, as we have four cats and they are constantly catching them. We have tried and used every product under the sun, every summer, to try to keep the fleas under control. Our big dog is a black Labrador/Retriever. He is very hairy and getting him of clear of fleas is a terrific headache. BUT this year we have succeeded and the itching & scratching has stopped. We did still use all the drops at the back of the neck and the anti-flea tablets in his food on a regular basis but I truly believe that this collar was what made a difference. We absolutely dosed all the cats, our little dog and our big Lab. With the help of this (very expensive) collar, we had it all under control, better than we ever have. And Koby the lab has not had any irritation or skin problems from the collar. He took to wearing it straight away. Usually the seasonal problem is that our Lab is a sweetie, and the cats love him. So they are generous with their snuggles and their fleas. Then he passes them on to our little dog who has run of the house, pretty much, and suddenly we are being bitten in the bedroom, the lounge, the kitchen and all over. Not this summer!!It is expensive but in my opinion, which was originally extremely sceptical, it is worth it. Good luck!I do not normally write reviews anything like this one.

Fairly easy to get on, especially if you have a squirmy cat who's not used to collars.Had a bit of a problem with fleas, and my poor cat's irritation, starting to gnaw away at his fur.About a month or two later as I write this, I see a major improvement in him! - No more constant scratching or licking, seems much happier in his mood, and he doesn't mind wearing this collar at all. I suspect it's because it has no bells on it.Now he rarely gets any fleas, so I'd say it's pretty effective - I'd only find one running around on him, mostly due to the other cat not having one and most likely jumped. So I'd say the protection this offers as a flea collar is really good.Only reason it's a 4 stars; He's getting bigger as he's only young, and if you cut off the excess, you can't loosen it - thankfully I left a few to do that, but it was a struggle pulling it back.My cat also sat in the box it came in, so I'd say it's a 10/10 from him.

Absolute god send! The only thing that has ever kept fleas at bay...well worth the money. Prevention is better than cure...so I make sure I change these every 5-6 months...just to be sure.
