Extremely satisfied with this scanner. Launch brand came recommended to me by a friend that is a mechanic and it does not disappoint. You can view PIDs like most scanners but the graphing function has been a huge benefit. It is bi-directional so you can actuate functions on the vehicle - I have found this to be extremely useful in troubleshooting. One aspect I recently found was the ability to generate vehicle health reports and create a QR code/link to send to someone. The price is well in-line with what is offered. I would not hesitate to buy. Setup was easy and the user interface is easy to navigate. It comes with a create carrying case and everything feels high quality. I am an amateur and work on vehicles as a hobby, but can see this being effective in professional settings as well.

Excellent scan tool for diagnosing trouble codes. I needed to complete a brake job on a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. The unit was able to put the brakes in service mode in order to push the caliper pistons in further to fit new brake pads. Once new brake pads and new brake pad sensor were installed, the codes and pad life were able to be reset with the scan tool. The scan tool is very easy to use and has many features for multiple makes and model vehicles to be diagnosed. The unit’s display screen is the perfect size. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Solidly built, comprehensive scanning for our Jeep, GMC and Honda car, this works great. I can read and clear codes, see sensors not working correctly, code ECUs online, and the bi-directional control allows me to test window, door lock functions and quite a bit more.

Great and easy to use. Bi directional functionality is what I needed and this scanner delivered. Recently upgraded from an older Matco model and this one is leaps and bounds ahead of my previous scanner. Definitely worth the price it comes in handy.

No need for a super expensive diagnostic reader for your Toyota. I have a 23 RAV4 Hybrid. Hooked up this reader and it found 7 DTC's that the factory never deleted. I was easily able to clear them. This scan tool does so much more. Reading the live data stream was really impressive. It was able to read over 200 sensors on the engine and battery. Very impressive! I'm so happy I made the choice to get the Launch. If you have a Toyota vehicle, this is the scan tool to get and at an affordable price.

This item does not have technical support in the USA. I called the ph# listed online. No answer, I left messages and emails I finally got a response only to be told that this model was not supported in the USA. That I would have to contact the manufacturer in China.
