It was easy to assemble and I've gotten consistent use out of it for my job and also just jotting down notes. It is a perfectly serviceable white board.

Review date: July 9, 2024 Previous review: One side has a large dent running down the middle and what looks like a puncture hole on it. The other side has a large dent running across it horizontally the whole thing. Shipping was confusing and when my order arrived today I was really looking forward to getting it.However… I opened it up and then seeing these dents is very disappointing.

I received this white board today (36x48). I plan on using it in my home as I am homeschooling my 4 children. It was packed really well so that the board could not get damaged. It was pretty easy to put together and I was able to do it by myself while my 4 kids were running around. I was disappointed that the height is not actually adjustable. You can build it to be at any one of the three advertised heights, but I was thinking the board would be able to slide up and down easily from teacher height to student height and this was not the case. I’ll probably end up using a step stool for the kids and leaving it at the tallest height since I don’t want to take it apart and make it a different height. Overall for this board, the price was great and the flip mechanism works well. I’m happy with the purchase.

Shipping defective product once is whatever. But when you process a return for that defect and ship new product out, only to have that product have the same defect as the original shipment, that's frustrating.There's a reason this whiteboard is less expensive than the others listed - it's junk. Two separate times is shipped and arrived with a warped whiteboard surface. It doesn't photograph well because the entire surface is bright white, but there are basically raised ridges in the white board surface, such that is' not a flat surface and therefore can't be used. Because of the product is packaged, you have to take all of the other pieces (for the frame) out before you can get at and inspect the board itself, which means that you have a lot of re-packing work to do once you discover the damage.What a hassle. I'm now more than a week into this experience and still don't have a whiteboard I can use. I give up. I'm driving to Staples.

It shipped and delivered quickly! There was no damage to product. It was super easy to put together and there’s multiple levels to put the height. I have mine at the very top but seeing that I like to sit and write I am going to change my height level. The only thing is you have to take the tray holder off and unscrew the board itself. It should be relatively easy and quick I’m just lazy lol. But overall a really good price considering the size and the fact that it comes with the stand that rolls! I take it on my patio, bedroom and living room when I’m ready to study. All in all a great buy! Very happy with my purchase. I’ve already had multiple students in my cohort and different nursing schools buying this item.

The whiteboard is functional but it arrived with a dent on one side. The loose parts inside the box must have caused it.Edit:I contacted customer service and my issue has been resolved. I received a replacement board with no dents. I'm very happy with my product.

The product arrived quickly and all parts were included. The white board had a crease running across the center of the board. I contacted the manufacturer to request a replacement whiteboard. They responded promptly and shipped a replacement which was recieved in a few days. The board is very nice and easy to assemble. I recommend this product due to its high quality and the excellent customer service I received.
