I read the reviews for this product on Amazon and wasn't sure if I should buy it. But I'm so glad I bought it. And I'm very happy with the seller, the delivery speed and the product overall. I use two laptops connected to single monitor, so before purchasing this I used to have multiple keyboards and mouse on my desk which became hectic to manage day by day. And also they consume entire desk space. After buying this life became easier, we can connect and switch to three with a click on a button. 1 Device can be connected with the usb, and other two devices with the bluetooth. Price is not affordable, but it is worth for the price. Keyboard and mouse looks very premium. If you use daily you need to change battery once in 6months, else they last upto one year. I couldn't find better full sized keyboard and mouse combo than this which can connect upto 3 devices at same time.

First configuration with keyboard and mouse with each 3 devices was working fine initially 15 days. My combo mouse was unable to enter bluetooth second and third device. It was working in dongle mode(device 1). Keyboard working fine. Dell replaced whole device. Issue is with bluetooth reassign a new or other device on existing device connect failed and bluetooth device selection on mouse skips and default to dongle device1.

The media could not be loaded. Great Product. Great Quality. Value for Money.Red circles marked on image uploaded are the buttons to switch between Devices. Easily connects to 3 device. Aslo connects to Android Tab.Things I learned while setting up the product -Connects to Device 1 using Universal Receiver and Device 2/3 using Device blutooth (both Mouse/Keyboard and Laptop/PC/Tab).Make sure Mouse and Keyboard switch is turned On.When you connect the keyboard to any device, the PC/Laptop/Tab will show pairing code. Enter the code on keyboard and press enter.Long press the Bluetooth Switch butto 1 or 2 or 3 on Mouse/ Keyboard if you don't see the Keyboard or Mouse on the Device which you want to connect.

Was very pathetic service and keyboard mouse where unfunctional and I was left hanging to contact dell and I wasn't even getting replacement or refund... Cannot recommend this seller to absolutely anyone....

This keyboard is excellent in excellence, my only problem was I am wanting to remove clutter from my desk by putting multi device keyboard but this one lacks dedicated keys for Mac , all its capabilities are perfect; didn't write anything about batteries because I did not use it for that long due to the situation. Plus I have seen Dells service with my other keyboard, so it ought to be recommended. As you can see in the first picture of Dell, we are lacking dedicated keys for Mac; the second one is apple wireless keyboard which lacks windows keys, the third one is beloved Logi keys 380s and it contains all u can ask for. A note for everyone using keys 2 on Mac ; you have to disable file vault for the board to be detected at startup loginThis is my third day only using these beautiful keyboards of Dell and Logi, I have this Magic Keyboard from very long back and I will deeply miss the service and beauty of Dell , The beauty of this board I am putting in 4-9th and its heavy and feels like you are using something.

I thought of purchasing a multidevice premium keyboard and hence choose dell , but while connecting it qith my macmini - its not connecting and functioning properly.Mouse is not even connecting , keyboard connected but not functioning properlyPlease dont buy it if you are going to use it with any Apple/ Mac productEdit : After viewing multiple youtube videos somehow connected both keyboard and mouse to my mac, but the keyboard u need to take care of specific key pertaining to mac os is not mentioned on the keyboard, which should be done atleast with the premium segment keyboards.Thanks

If you are looking for a dell lattitude / XPS keyboard kind of experience, Simply buy this keyboard. The key travel is superb. My typing speed is increased infact. I bought a logitech similar keyboard earlier but had some discomfort with the arrow keys. But this keyboard is more advanced and more over the typing feeling is just like a dell laptop keyboard. Other reviews says that mouse is not that great, but i like it because of its low weight and fits exactly in the palm as it is ergonomic and light weight. Note that this is not a silent mouse. click sounds are auditable but not that loud. It supports 3 devices. one over the USB dongle and other 2 over the Bluetooth. Changing between the devices is super quick. No lag at all. I am quite happy with this product. I like bigger keyboards with good key travel. This item is satisfying all my requirements.
