It has a strong taste to it but I believe it has been working. I have been sleeping much better and my recovery time after working out is shorter.

I need to take vitamin D3 for a severe deficiency and with vitamin D you need to take vitamin k2 and magnesium for it to be effective and safe. I have had extreme fatigue and pain for years and have tried all sorts of magnesium, capsules and tablets. The fatigue and pain did not lesson, nor did my vitamin D value go up much until I started taking this magnesium with my D3-K2.The taste of this magnesium is nasty but I don’t care because it works so well for me. I just take a drink of anything flavored, tilt my head back and drop the magnesium to the back of my throat and swallow and repeat three more times.I take 400 mg of this magnesium with 5,000mg of D3 and 120 mcg of k2 daily. I am still working on getting fully better but it can take a long time of consistent use with the supplements.I hope they never stop making this magnesium as it has been a life changer for me. I know I will need magnesium and d3 + k2 for the rest of my life.

I purchased this due to having chronic migraines with bilateral vision loss my entire life. I have celiac disease on top of that, and have been told by my doctor that liquid vitamins and supplements will work better for me. I needed something to curb the migraines and I am not about to shell out the $$$ for the Qulipta. I did not want to get dependent on something I can’t always afford, so I started researching more natural remedies.I started learning about magnesium and how it has the potential to help migraines. I decided to purchase this one, and let me tell you. It tastes absolutely rancid, even mixed with juice or soda. The literal only way I can stomach taking this is by putting the 4ml into a small amount of V8 original. Like only enough to swallow in one go. Now I enjoy the original V8 juice, so this isn’t particularly hard for me to do. But this supplement tastes like pure salt ocean water that was marinating pennies.Now that I’ve been able to find how I can easily take it, and when I take it consistently, my migraines have gone from twice to three times a week to maybe twice a month. The benefits of this outweigh the rancid taste in my opinion, and I feel so much better. I have my days back, I am able to function again. Just remember like with any supplement, it’s important to take it consistently to feel the difference and benefit.

I was waking up frequently and randomly every night for a few years, not always for the restroom. This product had me sleeping through the night within a few days. All the reviews that state it tastes awful and then giving a poor review...the bottle says it will and it needs to be added to your drink. I use homemade lemonade. The saltiness from the drops counters the acid from the lemons and creates a nice mellow and lemony lemonade. It needs to be added to several ounces of a beverage. I'm perfectly okay with this because it's been a few years since I've gotten a full night's sleep. I ran out and used a different product with poor results. Can't wait till my order comes in so I can sleep through the night again.

I have been taking this as instructed for a little over a week now - the past two days I have been experiencing blurring in my vision and today I had to leave work from extreme nausea and stomach pains - not to say that this product may work for some people just in my case as a 110LB 23YO Female it has not gone so well to say the least. My husband works in pharmaceutical and after just some brief research he was able to find that the amount this product is instructing us to take is INSANELY ABOVE the amount we should be taking. Adults should take 1-2 drops of 200 Milligrams - me taking this product as prescribed was the equivalent of the amount able to poison TWO 200 LB GROWN MEN. Had I continued taking this product as instructed, I would’ve experienced kidney failure. The fact that this product is suggesting to take way higher than the actual amount we’re supposed to take, it is unsafe and should disclose some of the possible side affects ESPECIALLY if they are as severe as VISION LOSS and HOURS of abdominal pain and vomiting. Buyer beware and I’m taking this as a learning opportunity for next time as I shouldn’t depend on my husband to do research for me LOLI will never take this product again and am hoping my review helps some others recognize how dangerous this product is.

This is a fantastic product. It’s like an epsom salt bath in a bottle. It’s amazing topically for sore, stiff muscles.
