Great service had a camera that the lights stopped working 10 mins online with them and a new camera on the way Sophie was great help. These cameras are 2nd to none have several night vision is great zoom is great cameras work flawlessly

I like having this camera in my front driveway, and I am able to watch my home from work. I am alerted when people enter my yard and can see who it is. The video quality is excellent, and the optical Zoom adjustment is easy to use. The setup of the camera was quick and uncomplicated. Thanks, Echo, for a superior product, reliable and straightforward to operate.

This model Citronics cam is all metal, heavy, almost 5 pounds. That is not so bad, but trying to attach to a wall on a ladder is not that easy. There are 4 mounting holes on the one piece camera, the two on the bottom are almost impossible to access with a regular phillips screw driver. I have another Citronics that has a 2 piece mounting system. Screw on the back plate and slide the camera over it and secure with a fitted screw. I thought this was similar but this is an obnoxious one piece design to fasten if you have to use a ladder. I don't think I will even try to install it. Additional follow up. Upgraded one star for good daytime picture. I did install the unit at a lower level on my house to test the quality. During the day the pictures looked clear and tracking worked ok. During night vision the camera would not pick up humans unless they were much closer to the camera, even at higher sensitivity levels, and then it takes additional time for the camera to focus clearly on the subject and unless the subjects are standing still they will usually move out of view before the camera can fully focus.2nd update; This particular model did not meet my expectations but I have since ordered a different model of this camera and it does function better. I have upgraded another star because of Ctronics follow ups and advice I was given to correct certain problems. The company does respond quickly (usually 1 day) to questions, which is a plus. Now, if only they could improve the future camera design for easier mounting such as a 2 piece slip on design.

I have six of these cameras. I keep coming back to this brand because of the quality of the camera, the ease of setup and the outstanding support.Recently, I had an issue with a camera and contacted them. They responded the next day, due to time zone s differences. The name of person that responded is 'Echo'. He was phenomenal. He led me through the troubleshooting issues and when it was clear that the camera was bad, he replaced it. Amazing support.I highly recommend this camera for the support that folks like Echo provided.

Overall, the camera seems to be working fine except for the night vision. The description says there are two laser infrareds that extend the vision to a greater distance. The lights do shine further, but the camera can't see the light from those infrareds. I have another camera that is able to see them when i point it in the direction those lights are aimed. The camera that can see further has intelligent night vision where this camera doesn't. I have a property that I monitor that I needed the extended night vision to monitor that property at night. I'm very disappointed that the camera doesn't do what the description says it will do. I haven't checked anything other than that as far as audio, motion detection, auto-tracking and such because I'm going to return it because of the night vision not being what it says it is. I purchased the camera because of the advertised night vision range.Changed rating from 3 star to 1 star because laser infrareds stopped working and I found that I cannot change parameters of video from sub stream setting plus delays in calling presets in some instances. Very disappointed with camera.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this thinking it was going to be a bad cheap gimmick, I was seriously wrong.My use case was trying to remotely watch a field, like a live remote trail cam. I am beyond impressed with the picture quality, zoom, and night vision . I can zoom in 500-600 yds during the day and count points on a whitetail, and at night do the same at 300 yards. Video is 2 bucks fighting probably 400 yards out at nightAfter the purchase Elnum from customer service reached out directly to me to make sure I was happy with the purchase and helped me with some questions. A+ on support.1 small issue I have is with the app. When casting to a TV using Air Play the app does not always switch to full screen mode cleanly. Sometimes you need to close and reopen the app 2-3 times for it to work. Only happens when casting though so it’s been solid besides that. Edit- new update of the app came out and so far it’s been working betterI hooked this up to a battery with a solar panel, I think you need a 100w panel to make sure it stays charged enough to last 24/7. It was using .5 - 1 12v amp. I found out it was doing a constant record because it’s a security camera. I shut off as much as I could as I just want remote viewing, it may be using less power now I haven’t checked.To sum it up this thing is worth every penny, I highly recommend it.
