Product looks and built quality is good but there are lot of bugs while using the camera on app. It is not recording the video continuously and sometimes playback is showing on app however most of the time playback is not showing on app when required which makes this camera useless and not surved the purpose. Support person behaviour also not good when I have described the issue and not got any solution till now. We can't return the product also.Hardly we can pay 3-5k for this product otherwise waste of money.

3rd class product

I purchased month of aug 2024. Within two months started issue on 360 rotation, now it's completely not working .The service centre availability very poor, if you have issues we need to sent this product to service centre it's located on Maharashtra.I sent the product to courier for service center for repair it's bit challenging and also courier cost very High .Now I'm waiting for More than 5 days no response every time they telling 2 to 3 days will fix this problem and will courier to you .Not advisable to purchase this product without having proper service center support.
