I was actually very skeptical because they are quite cheap. However, they do actually work. My 15yr old couldn't stop eating! After a full roast dinner he would be looking for more food after half an hour. So was piling on weight!So tried these, and now he literally has his meals and even then doesn't always finish them and doesn't snack in evenings like he did.

These capsules provide the equivalent of less than one raspberry per day?If so I'd be better off buying a bag of frozen raspberries and eating a few every day, surely?

I used another brand that was four times as expensive all they really do for me is curb my appetite like the other brand so I’m losing weight slowly as I’m not picking so perfect for me don’t expect miracles but it’s stops you being hungry and snacking
