A wonderful product / device,a real DIY installation...... I am very satisfied with it. I highly recommend this product for every household... By installing this device you are saving water.

I purchased this product from Amazon but it dit not sustain even for 2 months and got malfunctioned in very short spam of time.The product had issues since beginning. Firstly, it use to beep at start of the pump and continues until 5 mins which is very irritating and now alarm has completely stopped working. Poor customer service from swarn jal as they do not provide pickup service and very slow internet responding. Please go for other better products

The product seems well built. The only con is that there is no volume control and the buzzer is way too noisy. We live in close neighbourhood and this noise will be a nuisance to the neighbours. Hence returning it.

Sensor quality of Alarm is very good and are made of copper.Swarn Jal overflow Alarm is very easy to install. Alarm sound is very loud which can be heard from inside the house. Made of heavy quality material and product is very durable. Value for money. Using the product since last two months which good performance/results and zero tension. Must go for it.
