I was surprised. It's takes almost same time to get charged as the regular charger. The original one was often getting complain because it bend at the box. The best part the cable has binding, so it's much more safe from being or breakage. Good quality and worth the money. It gets the job done.I recommend using a USB-C PD charger with 30w, 45w or 65w- according to your model. Also make sure the charger delivers correct voltage, mine was 15V/3A (15V×3A=45W).I use a surface pro 6. It required a minimum power of 30w. If the adapter/charger is lower than that the charging may slow down or won't charge at all.

No, I don't like this item. There is not any use of this charger for me.No one came to pick my returned order. And I am not able to get my refund till now. I am very disappointed. It is showing one the way always. Please send any dealer to pick this product soon.

My worst purchase in life was to buy Windows Surface Laptop, which is a total failure. The Laptop soon had a multi organ failure, including battery and Charger. I was struck with the dead laptop with my key data locked inside. Thanks to Virulex Cable that I could revive the useless and worthless Laptop for the sake of data retrieval. The magnetic charging end fits sungly and it can be changed with an adaptor having C type socket ( not USB). Wlso, I tried changing with 20K mAH powerbank and it was successful. Thanks.
