I have been dealing with occasional bloating and discomfort, and these digestive enzymes made a noticeable difference within a few days. I appreciate that it contains a wide range of enzymes rather than just one or two. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they are third-party tested. I use these to help my digestive tract. One a day is all you need. Best results when taken at night before bedtime. Easy to swallow. No smell. If you take pills or eat a lot of junk food then this will help you get regular. Has no influence on sleeping. Capsule is a normal size. This is my second bottle. Starting out I want say not every supplement works for every body But this one works for me. I have had digestion issues all my life and it is very frustrating as many of you may know. I tried the set but found as in the past with other probiotics they did nothing for me. But the enzyemes are doing the job. I can eat more items with no issues. For me I found eating small quantities helped the process.

I had my entire colon removed due to UCD (ulcerative colitis disease) at 17. I have to continuously watch what I eat and how much because the food does not digest properly anymore and thus causing discomfort.This product does help break down the food I eat but I still watch how much intake of certain foods are consumed.Either way, a little help goes along way, and I truly don't feel as much bloating and discomfort.

Not sure how effective yet only taken a few times, I didn’t realize had to take every meal,think see how once daily works

These are great! I started taking one a day after lunch or dinner and it wasn’t doing anything. So I switched to taking one after breakfast and one after dinner, and it did what it needed to do. I take Ozempic which can cause constipation on a whole different level and it helps to stop it from happening. I also take it in addition with my daily probiotic which I take early in the morning on a empty stomach.

I decided to try this brand because of reviews and it is 1/2 the price I was paying for Enzymedica Spectrum, which I used for 15yrs off and on. It did not disappoint! I would have to take 1-3 pills of my old brand but this brand, all it takes is 1 pill. Also, my sister tried it while she was down for the weekend and didn't have any stomach trouble at all. I will definitely buy it again and I highly recommend it! Hope it works as well for others as it has me.
