Best patches for back pain relief. Apply after evening shower or bath and you will be able to sleep very well. I keep a pack in my travel bag too!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried various products over the years for neck pain. Biofreeze works. I have been using these patches at night for more than 5 years. The patches provide relief without getting the product on your clothes, in your hair, sheets, etc. Some reviews mention they don’t stick well. I have found that putting the patch on after a shower works great. I gave it only 4 stars because of the price, not the quality of the product.

For whatever muscle, ligament ache and pain, this is my go to for relief. I’ve used these for back, hip pain, knee and neck pain, etc. so easy to apply and remove. I find the relief to be long lasting. While the regular Biofreeze patch is good, I like the lavender Biofreeze patch that’s included in this kit. I use that one at night, the menthol is not strong as the lavender works with it to give an aromatherapy, relaxing scent. Wish they sold the lavender menthol patches separately, but this pack is the only way I can buy both of the scents.They adhere pretty well but sometimes will roll off/come off if on an area that rubs such as a pant leg. I sometimes don’t use the full size patch and cut it in half. No need to get goop on your hands, massaging creams on body, just open package, peel adhesive off and slap on body part that needs pain relief.Recently had total knee replacement surgery and these patches were so effective to relieve nerve pain around and behind the knee as i am recuperating. They are helpful too with any lingering pain at night or after exercise therapy.

I have had this patch on my neck for less than one hour. It is already rolling up and falling off. However, on the good side, it did make my neck feel a lot better. I tried taking it off my neck and putting it on my shoulder and it’s doing the same thing it does not stay on. Depending upon where you are planning on using these patches, it might be a good idea to find another way to attach them. I really like the Biofreeze products and that was the reason I decided to try this in the first place.

Love this stuff! The patches, roll on or crwam atr all equally effective with easing pain. It is expensive when compared to some others but it is worth it. The cream isnt greasy and rubs in well.
