Bought the Trueview 4MP dual lens camera yesterday. Easy to install by ourself. Checked with Vi, Jio and Airtel, all SIM worked fine without any issues. We should ensure strong network reception where camera is installed so you get instant response when you access camera from Truecloud. When zoomed to 10x too the picture quality is excellent. Night vision is also great and it has inbuilt lights to turn on in dark. Sound clarity both in and out and responsive and clear even the output volume can be controlled in app. Pan and tilt adjustments can be done via app. So final verdict is this is the best 4g sim based camera at lesser price, good features and nice built

This cctv camera model is good, easy installation and connect. Video Clarity also good. It supports only Trueview own cloud storage which is chargeable. For local storage we can do either in SD card in same devise or you can connect network storage in DVR, NVR. Not yet tried.

The video quality is crystal clear both during the day and at night — the night vision is especially impressive with good range and detail.The camera setup was simple and quick, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. The mobile app works smoothly and allows me to watch the live feed anytime from anywhere, which gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m away from my shop.

Quality of the camera is good. Night vision can be better i have faced an issue with the power adapter but the customer service team just replace the adapter. Sim support and connectivity is very good.

Honest honest opinion. This works flawlessly. Yes the clarity could have been better.. but if u switch on to HD mode, it is good. It serves the purpose as I am using it for construction site. I can talk to people directly and i can also switch on alarm if I find some disturbances or unknown visitors at the site. This is extremely helpful if u have a construction site..the app is excellent and u can add 3 people.. so that all 3 can monitor whenever they want.

Additionally, it offers a wide range of advanced features such as two-way communication, a built-in siren, night lighting, and many others. I recently purchased the Trueview 3MP HD 4G SIM Based Pan Tilt CCTV Camera for outdoor use. Overall, the product is feature-rich and performs well in most areas. The video quality is impressive with clear images both during the day and at night, thanks to its full-color night vision. The camera rotates smoothly, covers a wide area, and is easy to set up with the TrueCloud app.However, there's a serious issue with the two-way audio feature. While trying to talk through the camera remotely, it creates a loud and weird feedback noise – similar to the sound you hear when two phones are too close during a call. This makes communication almost impossible, as the audio gets distorted and unclear.If the manufacturer can fix the audio feedback issue, this would be a perfect security camera for home or office use. As of now, it’s good for monitoring, but not ideal if two-way audio is important for your use case.
