Worked out of the box
Bought to replace an unmanaged 2.5GB 8 port switch that was 5 stars until Virgin media did a firmware update that disabled the VM router 2.5GB port on that switch. This device worked out of the box, link aggregation on a TerraMaster NAS bonded OK and the speed is now back to pre firmware update. No changes required to the the web managed app.

Works well, however...
I'm quite impressed with this switch for the price. It does provide 2.5GbE, I also hooked up a 10Gb SFP module which I haven't noticed any issues with. The managed side is good enough for what I require from it. The interface isn't overly fancy, but it does the job.The only thing I have noticed, which others have mentioned is Ethernet Port 5 seems to stop working after a short while of being booted up. Not sure why..?You also need to remember to save the configuation when you make any changes.

Awful
Avoid these cheap switches if you use wired access points. Basically, they prevented the access points from communicating with the main router.Took me a while to figure out it was the switches at fault.Needless to say I sent them all back. Go with the Zyxel MG-105. Absolutely brilliant, works flawlessly and low price.

Cheap but buggy
I purchased this switch because I needed a cheap managed 2.5G switch with a 10G uplink. When it arrived, port 5 didn't work, with it showing as 'Disabled' in the management interface. Turning it on manually doesn't seem to do anything. When a 10G DAC is connected, the Web UI becomes unresponsive and it's impossible to change anything. So what I have is basically a 5 port switch instead of a 6 port that I paid for.If you want a cheap 2.5G switch it's probably okay, but if you need management I'd look elsewhere. At least it doesn't use much power, around 3.5w with a 10G DAC connected.

Loses VLAN configuration after power cycle
I spent ages setting up VLANs after working out how the switch uses them. All the settings were lost when the switch was power-cycled. I tested this and can confirm that VLAN settings are not retained over a power-cycle. This makes the switch completely useless.
