LTP COLOUR INTENSIFIER AND STAINBLOCK - Impregnating Sealer- 5Litre

I have applied this product to seal & intensify indoor kitchen slates and exterior sandstone patio slabs.I recommend this product that is easily applied and is absorbed quickly to give an enhanced finish.

Like Fairy "dust" for stonework!Transforms "dull" stone & brings out all the colours and seals it as well. I only used this as I was told how good it was and I needed something to seal a large multicolour natural slate floor. It was so good that I then tested it on a section of the original exposed stone walls in our barn conversion. I had been very happy with the the look of original stonework. However the result was amazing, so now I am using it on all the exposed stonework on our barn renovation as well. A lot of work but worth every hour spent & worth every penny.Beware however that it needs to be applied sparingly and in a well ventilated area. Follow the manufacturers instructions for a fabulous result.

Besides sealing my tiles which Wickes fitter should have done but didn’t I can’t see any obvious difference after applying four coats. I was hoping for a small shine. The damp end of the beach. Can’t see that at all which is a huge disappointment after a days effort. The seal works which is good.I spent a lot of time trying to source the best product but this doesn’t look like the selling pictures. You do get enough in a 1 l bottle to do lots of coats in a small modern bathroom which pleased me.

1st of all, must say very fast delivery!!! I tried the Colour Intensifier and Stainblock on Slate Garden Slabs and I'm very impressed by the results achieved!!! The Intensifier is easy to use, I used a brush (other applications can be used though) and per instructions painted on a thin coat, waited 20 minutes to wipe off the excess with a lint-free cloth and hey presto, slabs have come up a lovely rich grey!!! Definitely recommend and at a very competitive price what are you waiting for!!!

Does what it says on the bottle. Was easy to apply (I used a paint brush) dried quickly and has made my rainbow sawn sandstone look beautiful, the colours have definitely been enhanced (so it looks more like the colour it did when wet, but in a natural way - not shiny).You can really see the water resistance (when water gets on it, it beads on the surface and doesn't soak in) I also find that it dries quicker after rain as a result.Will await to see if it offers protection against dirt and algae - fingers crossed it will be easier to keep clean now, as a portion of patio is shaded for much of the day meaning it has a tendency to turn green....

So many products available, I wasn't sure which was best. I bought this for my new Indian sandstone patio 3m x 3m. 1 litre was enough for 4 coats applied with an emulsion roller. It has really enhanced the colour whilst leaving the stone looking natural. There is no acrylic coating and no shiny or wet look appearance. Rainwater beads on the surface and pigeon droppings (after they've eaten cherries) just wash off. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

The Amazon seller were great, quick delivery and good communication. However, before using the sealer I went to the LTP website and you tube channels to see how to apply it.Once applied it looked fine, then a week or so later after a days rain the new patio was covered in water marks which when dry stained the slabs. To cut a long story short after speaking to LTP directly and on their advice spending a fortune on their other products to clean and remove the sealer to re apply the very expensive indian sand stone looks a complete mess.I would recommend you try a different product with caution.
