While I am happy with this ice machine and knew it would make a little noise, it’s well worth it to have ice. The fan has a soft hum and the automatic ice shoveler drops the ice into a removable bin. Our refrigerator icemaker is broken and using ice trays are a pain! I use the cold filtered water from the refrigerator. The ice taste is very good and the hollow bullet shape are easier to crush in a blender to make blended drinks. After use, pull the drain plug to empty the reservoir. I make enough ice to fill a gallon-sized freezer baggy then make more as needed. Keep in mind, this is perfect for making daily iced drinks, not for party ice. And the ice will be only as good as your water.

It makes ice very fast. I used RO water from Walmart. Ice cubes are wet. Put ice on a cookie sheet with parchment paper in a single layer in freezer. Once they are not wet anymore you can transfer to an ice cube holder. It is worth it. Will buy again.

The ice maker was easy to use, the machine doesn't give off an odor, and the water level is very reasonable, it is a little noisy, it's a great ice maker. If you use bottle water it's going to taste like the water in the bottle. If you use tap water it is going to taste like it.

I was amazed at how quickly this machine makes ice. It's very easy to use and it's compact to take anywhere (there is electrical outlet) or store. There are two sizes of cubes but even the large-size ice is fairly small. I would use these to fill ice buckets, coolers, ice cream makers, etc. and save the larger sized ice from your fridge icemaker for drinks. You should note that while it makes ice quickly, the compact size limits how much of the ice it can store before you need to empty the receptacle. I dump mine into a gallon plastic bag for storage in my freezer until I'm ready to use. I would recommend this whenever you need an additional ice supply - not only home, but group meetings, etc.

Purchased to substitute for a broken frig ice maker but… won’t be paying to get frig repaired! This compact ice maker is perfect if you love the small crushed ice and it is so quick! The size is perfect on the countertop without taking up much space. I have another brand in my camper that is entirely too heavy not so with this gem. No leaks and the taste of ice is spot on. A slight hum but soothing honestly! You won’t be sorry.. a very worthwhile addition to your kitchen, camper, or wet bar!

I love, love, love, this ice maker. It works well for us and the size is just right. It is a little loud but not enough to complain about. Great product!

Love this, it pops out ice in about 6-8 minutes. I have discovered if I keep the water in the refrigerator the production time is faster. I'm in Arizona, have been craving iced coffee in the mornings but never remember to get a bag from the grocery store. This method is much better! I use filtered water, so it has a great taste. Not as noisy as I expected.

We recently purchased a new camper. On our maiden voyage we stopped at a campground in a sleepy town in Florida. We wanted to work out some of the bugs. The two biggest challenges we had were water and ice. We purchased a countertop RO for the water and the countertop ice maker from TOTNZ.We didn't want any plastic or factory residue so we ran a few rounds of ice and discarded it. “Now we’re cooking!” or actually freezing, whatever.This little thing was amazing, it has not stopped for three months. It makes ice, we dump the ice into a bucket in the freezer, fill with water and repeat, non-stop! I wish I would have bought the warranty, because this thing can’t keep this pace, but it does.Appearance: nice and compact, excellent see-through lid, ice basket with handle, easy to read display, choice for large or small ice, very nice.Function: as stated this is a very simple to use machine, plug and play, fill and empty works non-stop.Pros: This thing is amazing in every way. I hope I did not just jinx myself, but it is true, a great machine. The only thing it doesn’t do is empty and fill on its own.Cons: The only negative but not really, the ice comes out kind of wet so when you put it in the freezer for later use, it is stuck together needing an icepick to separate. Still worth a 5 star review.Would buy again,
